Free Japanese Sewing Pattern – Pandora House

My very first time stumbling upon a craft/fabric store was Pandora House at Aeon Mall near Narita airport. It is apparently owned by the Aeon Mall group which is a very commonly seen mall in Japan. In every Aeon mall I have been to, there is a Pandora House. They are usually not very big stores, more like a craft section in the department store. But pretty well-stocked with all sorts of fabrics and crafting notions. Like this one in Otaru.

So, the other day, someone asked me where I bought my fabrics from in Japan and while looking for information on Pandora House, I found free patterns on their website! And there are sewing, knitting/crochet as well as craft projects. The projects are divided by Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter patterns. The ones shown here are just a fraction of the projects available on the site. Click here for the link to the summer sewing patterns.

Below is the main page for Sewing Spring/Summer projects. You can navigate to the other sections from the navigation bar on the left. Or click on the link on the right for autumn/winter sewing projects. Alternatively, you can start from this page which is the main handmade page that links to all the different sections - http://www.pandorahouse.net/handmade/

Hope you will find these patterns useful. Happy Sewing! :)

You’re welcome! I think with your access to fabrics you can make some pretty ones! Maybe even a new lineup of products for your shop? :)
